I have a question, this isn't meant to be sarcastic..I legitimately want to know what exactly LTHQ needs to do in terms of promotion? If we are getting marquees at theaters, ads on all major SM platforms, fans are already aware of the docu- what else should they be doing to reach the GP? Posting more on SM? How else do you promote a movie? Are there commercials on television? Honestly, today's day and age is based around internet marketing and I'm getting the vibe the fans are not happy no matter what they see because they always WANT more. I'm curious to know. I saw your post that you went to Louis show, how was it? What was your favorite part?

Too much to name. His band is incredible!! Louis sounded so good. I felt life i was ascending heaven during hoth. Chicago and waoyf are obvious fan favorites. Ooms was so fun! Jumped around crazy. I think Saturdays was my favorite the way it started off slow then built up and went hard. I was right by the stage and when he went into the barricade I legit thought they wernt gonna let him go. They were eating him alive. Good fucking luck getting tickets to a 1d reunion concert if it ever happens. Everyone was loud loud for night changed and wdbhg. The rainbow project was a huge success. I was a little disappointed when he didn't wear a tank top but when I saw the giant rose I laughed and laughed. The energy of the show was so high. Louder than last year. And I saw some discussion about how tickets aren't sold out but you gotta remember he went to higher capacity arenas. Like this was double the seats from the theatre he was in last year so even if it was like 90% sold, it's still more fans than last year! Anyway the concert was amazing. He said he made the album wirth the intention of performing live and you could feel that. His music sounds 100x better live than recorded. That's not shade just saying go see louis live!!!!!!!!

Why are we hating the AHFH festival format now? Seen that post going around. It is like criticism of everything Louis does lately. AFHF is now not a festival or WAOYF music video is not a video. Nothing Louis does lately make you happy? Why stay in fandom only to bitch about every single thing Louis does and tell him that you think you know better and that he should do it like you want and imagine him to do it. Louis chose BMG independent label to be independed not like Columbia doing 1D promo 

I don’t know what to tell you anon other than that some of us still possess the ability to think for ourselves and the mental acumen to recognize that the marketing and promotion for Louis’ projects is not being handled correctly

you wanna applaud his team’s mediocre (this is me being generous) efforts? good for you, you go right ahead… but there will always exist those of us who just want (and think that he deserves) a lot better for him

that being said, there’s always ways to curate your online experience so that you see only the rosy, rainbows and butterflies content, maybe try to do that if reality based topics bother you to the point where you have to send the same anon message to multiple accounts

Oh that is actually interesting point which got me to opinion that maybe Louis doesn’t dye his hair because his target isn’t teenage girls (altho his fans are teens). This theme has been discussed plenty of times but let’s bring it back again - H’s success mostly stands on teenage girls and it’s a matter of time when someone younger will overshadow his success and takes his fanbase (those who made him this popular) while H will be over 30 which equals too old for teens. And so maybe he wouldn’t mind having grey hair but he just needs to look as young as possible for the time his fame is on peak. And he also gets botox to his forehead so it all just makes sense. I just hope he won’t go for hair transplant to cover his temples because it really makes him human who isn’t perfect.

I've thought about that too, regarding louis, but it makes no sense to me. Everything else he does is something you do when you target is teenage girls. For example album signing/meet and greets, album listening parties, meeting fans outside the venue after the show to take selfies, sign autographs and draw tattoos. Not to mention lthq asking for fans to film themselves singing waoyf and then making a music video out of it. That's something only teenagers would want to contribute to. So teenagers are still a big target group who they cater to. So the grey hair doesn’t make sense if you try to match your look to your biggest target group. It makes no sense to me at all.

I think harry and columbia knows that sex sells and he needs to look attractive. He's even more projected on than louis and even more dependent on his good looks. I don't think anyone (label or fans) would be happy if Harry went naturally grey now and he'd refuse to dye it. I don't think he'd want that either. I don't think i actually know of any major pop artist or celebrity in their early thirties choosing to go naturally grey. Why would they, when you look beyond your age and your target audience likes you for your looks?

hey, i just saw that ask you got about waoyf and how that anon thought it was about louis being a drunk bf and his partner being annoyed about that. either that anon was leaving lyrics out on purpose or their english is bad, because the lyrics go "it's hard enough to get you sober, got no chance if i'm hungover". they're both drunk/hungover in that scenario, so unless anon was projection it might have been either someone who just doesn't like louis trying to stir shit up or (as someone who isn't a native speaker either) someone whose English just isn't good and they misunderstood

I got the email for lthq for the waoyf thing and it says performance video just like it did for kmm and that wasn't the official video back then. I think it is gonna be like a fan thing to get hype for the actual mv and single. Another topic but I remember back in 1d interviewers used to always try to flirt with the boys and they always were so stone cold but in 2015 Louis did a bit of a shift and was a bit more charming per se. In that video in a red carpet with Harry in the floral suit where Liam pushes Louis a bit, the interviewers is looking at Louis like she wants to eat him and he looks at her for a bit before looking at Hary.. I always thought it was Liam noticing that and not Louis with Harry. The thing is he has being a bit more flirty with male interviewers but this fandom took everything out of proportion and probably made him a bit more reserved.

I hope you’re right anon! apparently that video is a fan/streaming project thing (I haven’t looked into it). also we’re coming up in 3 months since the album release so I’m a bit unsure if we’re even getting a 4th single… the playlists might be an indication but could also just be because it’s one of the most streamed (i think?) song off the album.. but hey all the more reason to make it a single ayy?

Im tired of seeing the same patterns over and over again. I used to follow some solo Louies (because I love louis lol) but I had to unfollow because the energy was constantly very negative. I remember how much hate H received from them when As it was became viral on tik tok. They said Harry writes bad songs with no substance just to make them go viral.. when as it was is actually a very heavy song lyrically. But the funny thing is, the same people are now encouraging fans to make FITF viral on tik tok because “it’s what Louis deserves” and I AGREE! But the double standards are crazy. Like? Didn’t you hate that app?? Also, I still recall when so many fans (including some larries) insinuated that Jeff bought Harry his Grammy and that it was undeserved. So many Louies wrote essays about it, even condemning the academy, talking about how they’re so glad Louis doesn’t “kiss anyones ass.” But now that louis followed them on Twitter, they all want him to get a nomination!! It just makes you think- they don’t actually hate this thing, they were just upset that it wasn’t louis. Harry releasing his line with Gucci? BAD! He’s greedy! Louis designing a clothing line? Amazing and exciting! Similar projects but very different receptions. And even among larries, Harry always ends up as the bad guy. I remember when boyfriends came out I thought Harry was singing about his experiences, but fandom quickly concluded that he must have been writing about Himself being a shitty boyfriend. So, it’s not possible for him to be hurt by someone?? He’s always the bad guy? The possibility of it being about Louis wasn’t even discussed. And now WAOYF has added to this ( A bop tho). And people Think this. They think Louis is patient, kind, delicate, loyal, but Harry is high maintenance and petty and arrogant and selfish etc etc. if you think this relationship is so one-sided why do you even support it yk? The reality is these are complex human beings that have a good and bad side to them and are both capable of making mistakes. And now Louis is releasing different vinyls and extra songs to help him chart higher (I also want that number 1 for him btw) but if H was doing that… people would have dragged him already. Even Louis’ co-writer is liking tweets about gatekeeping the songs to encourage ppl to buy lol (imagine if kid harpoon did that lmao). Sorry this is SO long omg. Bottom line is, I love Louis with all my heart and FITF is a masterpiece that deserves all the recognition but the double standards drive me up the wall!!!

agnes u were the one to come up with the no control project back in the day right? what do you think about maybe doing the same for waoyf? i reckon it’s safe to say it’s a fan favourite and it’d be really nice to do something like that for louis now that he unfortunately won’t be able to push the album as much! (but also, i think that songs got a LOT of potential and definitely should’ve been a single)

hi honey, I did project home but that was similar! anyhow I’ve actually given this some thought and I think eventually if lthq does not release the song as a single (which would be stupid after all the success it’s had already) it’s definitely something to be considered, but rn if we want to support him and do a push for him, it should be for the album as a whole/silver tongues as a single that he’s just released, that he’s released a mv for yesterday and that has a huge potential to be picked up on radios, even on tiktok (which as much as it suck would help him greatly) and it would be great to get silver tongues to n. 1 and not make a counterproductive push for another song at this point in my opinion!
